PJM 100 Explore project management fundamentals (2-2-4)
This module aims to describe foundational elements necessary for working in and understanding the discipline of project management. Upon completion of this unit, learners will be able to understand the fundamentals of project management, grasp the roles and functions of the project manager, realize the challenges and benefits of project management and finally recognize the role of ethics and sustainability in project management.
PJM 101 Understand project environment (1-3-4)
This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to understand and appreciate the environment in which projects exist and operate. This also includes the Enterprise Environmental Factors of a project and the organization's process assets in a project environment. Learners are also expected to understand different organizational systems and frameworks of governance in a project environment.
PJM 102 Define project scope and objectives I (1-2-3)
This module aims to equip learners with the practical knowledge and skills to effectively define project scope and objectives in real-world settings. Upon completion of the module, learners will be able to confidently articulate project scope, set clear and actionable objectives, and align project outcomes with organisational goals.
PJM 103 Define project scope and objectives II (1-2-3)
This module aims to equip learners with the practical knowledge and skills to effectively develop project documents in real-world settings. Upon completion of the module, learners will be able to confidently articulate the project charter and develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to effectively and efficiently communicate with key stakeholders.
PJM 104 Select Project Development Approach (1-3-4)
This module aims to give students a comprehensive understanding of project development approaches. This module is tailored to empower aspiring project professionals with the essential knowledge and expertise required for making informed decisions when selecting project development approaches suitable for various project scenarios. By immersing students in the foundational principles and contemporary practices outlined in this module, this will equip students with the analytical skills necessary to assess project characteristics, objectives, and constraints thoroughly.
PJM 105 Estimate Project Resources (1-3-4)
This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to estimate the project resources, as well as the determination of the specific types and amounts of materials, equipment, and supplies required to carry out project tasks. Upon completion of this unit, learners will also gain skills to ascertain the specific category, amount, and attributes of resources necessary for the successful execution of the project.

The aim of this module is to help learners explore ways to create a detailed and realistic schedule for a project. This module is a critical part of the project planning process and involves determining when specific project activities and tasks will start and finish. The aim of this module is to help learners develop skills in project cost estimation, budget development, cost monitoring and control. This module is a critical part of the project planning process and involves determining the viability of projects and associated risks. This module engages the students in developing projects budgets, explore estimation techniques and their weaknesses, estimate activity duration, and control project costs. The ‘Managing Project Costs’ module aims to equip the learner with the ability to establish projects cost baseline.
PJM 108 Engage Project Stakeholders & Develop Communication Strategies (1-3-4)
This module provides students with understanding of the crucial role that engaging project stakeholders and developing effective communication strategies play in determining project success. The module has twofold objectives. The first objective is to provide students with knowledge and skills related to the intricacies of project stakeholder management. The second one is to acquaint students with the process of developing effective communication strategy for all stakeholders and identifying the essential activities needed for the successful implementation of the communication strategy.
PJM 130 Implement Project Approach with Resource Estimates (0-2-2)
The aim of this module, centered on the working environment, is to provide students with a thorough comprehension of the concepts of estimation of project resources and selection of project development approach. This module will enable them to develop the analytical skills necessary for a thorough assessment of project characteristics, objectives, and constraints. They will determine whether traditional, agile, or hybrid project development methodologies are best aligned with unique requirements while being adept at estimating resources.
PJM 131 Develop a Project Plan with Schedules, Costs, Stakeholder and Communication strategies (0-3-3)
The aim of this module is to help learners to apply concepts learned in the class to develop artificats related to projects schedule management, project cost management, project stakeholder engagement & project communication strategies. This module is equips aspiring project professionals with knowledge and expertise required for taking decisions in relation to project schedules and sequence, project cost estimations, developing budgets and in controlling costs, project stakeholder management & project communication strategies.
PJM 200 Support Team Performance (1-3-4)
This course aims to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of essential concepts related to team dynamics, emphasizing support team performance, evaluating team members against key performance indicators, fostering team member growth and development, selecting suitable feedback approaches, and analyzing methods for measuring performance enhancements. Participants will gain a well-rounded understanding of these crucial elements to enhance overall team effectiveness and productivity.
PJM 201 Ensure Quality in Projects (1-3-4)
This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of quality management in the context of project execution. Learners will explore key quality management processes, including quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control and gain practical insights into utilizing quality tools and techniques effectively to ensure successful project outcomes. Learners will assess the significance of continuous improvement in enhancing and sustaining project quality.
PJM 202 Manage project risks, procurement & contracts (1-3-4)
This unit aims to equip the learner with the ability to fully explain and apply concepts related to Risk Management, Procurement and Contract Management through theoretical knowledge gained in the class and through the practical exposure gained via work experience. Learners will be on campus on two days of the week and spend the remaining two days in an industry, work with experts in honing their skills.
PJM 203 Manage Project Changes (1-3-4)
This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to understand how to effectively handle project changes following the principles outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). In this module, students will learn how to assess, document, and control changes that occur during the project lifecycle, ensuring that project objectives are met while maintaining project scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to implement and control the integrated change of projects using tools of project knowledge and the process of project integration. In this module, learners will get theoretical knowledge and concepts in class and get to practice what they learn in the industry. Learners will be on campus on two days of the week and spend the remaining two days in an industry, work with experts in honing their skills.

PJM 208 Apply Agile Project Management (1-3-4)
This module aims to impart students a comprehensive understanding of Agile Project Management techniques in managing real-world projects with dynamic objectives or work requirements and developing effective Agile work plans or strategies to enhance the success of a project. Students acquire knowledge and skills related to Agile project management. This involves understanding the main tenets of modern Agile project management doctrine. Students also experience the process of developing an Agile management strategy that ensures effectiveness in spite of dynamic project requirements for all.
PJM 230 Evaluate High Quality Projects through Team Support (0-3-3)

Learners will build up a project management plan for multi-projects and allocate resources.
PJM 232 Create a Plan to Monitor and Close a Project (0-4-4)
This module aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to understand how project performance is monitored and how they are closed. This a work experience unit wherein the students observe what they learn in class and development competence by learning by doing at their chosen organization. By the end of the course, students will be well-prepared to apply these concepts, enhancing their overall understanding of project management and its importance in workplaces.
