Faculty of Military and Security
Faculty Mission
The Faculty of Military and Security has a mission to provide the UAE Security Services of the Police and Armed Forces with exceptional graduates to become Officers and Leaders of character to meet the needs of the UAE Government now and in the future. The Faculty aims to produce graduates with a broad range of personal and professional competencies to prepare them to take their positions as leading and responsible citizens of the nation as well specialist professionals within the UAE Security Services.
The Faculty aims to work in a delivery partnership with the UAE Police Force and UAE Defence Force to provide education for the future Officers of the Police and UAE Defence Force. The Faculty aims to provide programs that are a balanced blend of academic study and applied science and vocational practice. Graduates are able to use the education and applied competency practice to carry out their professional duties protecting the community and the nation.
